This is the perfect time to begin laying the foundation for healthy sleep, creating predictable daytime rhythms, and encouraging longer, more restful nighttime stretches. At this age, one or two overnight feeds may still be appropriate, but we aim to keep them calm, quick, and non-stimulating so baby can drift back to sleep more independently.

My goal is to support you with a plan that feels doable, nurturing, and customized to your real life- not a rigid schedule that adds pressure.
