My baby is 9 weeks old. Is this the right time?

Yes. This plan is designed specifically for 8–12 week olds. Before 8 weeks, babies need to lead; after 8 weeks, their biology is ready for gentle structure. You're in the sweet spot. Does this involve letting my baby cry it out?

No. This is not a sleep training plan. It's a scheduling and routine plan. We're building the foundation so that if you choose to sleep train later, your baby is already primed. For now, it's all about gentle consistency.

I'm breastfeeding. Does this still work?

Absolutely. The plan works for both breast and bottle feeding. The feeding frequency guidance is flexible, and nothing here requires you to change how you feed your baby.

What if my baby doesn't follow the schedule?

These are guidelines, not rules. The most important anchor is a consistent bedtime (8–8:30pm) and wake time (7:30–8am). Everything else adjusts around your baby. Kim built in flexibility throughout the plan, because real babies are not robots.

How quickly will I see results?
