Expert support for everything that comes after birth.
Expert support for everything that comes after birth.
You've spent months preparing for your baby. This is where we prepare for what happens when you bring them home.
One expert for the questions that come up most in those first months
I’m Kimberly Ebel, a former NICU nurse, postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and pediatric sleep consultant.
Instead of piecing together advice from a doula, a lactation consultant, and a sleep coach, you have one clinical expert who knows your baby, your goals, and your family. Between visits, I'm a text away. Think of it as a NICU nurse in your pocket.
Choosing Your Package
How visits work
Your first postpartum visit is an extended homecoming visit for four hours within 48 hours of discharge. Visits after that are typically three hours, depending on what your family needs that day.
How text support works
Message me between visits with anything from feeding and diapers to the “is this normal?” moments. I respond seven days a week, as soon as I reasonably can, and help you sort out what can wait, what we’ll work on at our next visit, and when it’s time to call your pediatrician.
Text support isn’t meant for emergencies. For anything urgent, call your pediatrician or 911.
Choose how much support you’d like in your first weeks home.
Every package begins before your baby arrives and puts the most care in your first two weeks home, when feeding is new and the questions come fastest. Booking during pregnancy also gives you the best value on my care.
Using your benefits
Bring Home Bliss has experience working with benefits like Carrot and Progyny. Check to see if your care may be covered. I’ll also provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Everything in Foundations, plus three overnight shifts with me to use when you need them most. That might be your first nights home while you recover, a rough stretch of cluster feeding, or simply a night when everyone needs real sleep to reset. You rest while your baby is cared for by a NICU nurse who already knows your family and your feeding plan.
Space is limited to a small number of families each month.
